Customised header, continuation letterhead and invoice background printing

A letterhead (or headed paper) refers to the inscription that appears at the top of the page. If that inscription is in a small font, or placed at the bottom of the page, it is then called a continuation letterhead. Apart from being an official and professional communication tool, headed paper embodies the image and nature of your company. It goes without saying that is important to choose it well. We offer customisable headers and continuation letterheads, with or without perforation.

Perforation will allow you to intend your header paper for QR invoicing, complying with Swiss standards.

With 250 years of experience, Nevoprint, a trademark of PCL Presses Centrales SA, possesses a unique expertise. To guarantee their quality, all of our headers and continuation letterheads are printed in Switzerland, in Renens, with a range of cutting-edge and high-tech machines.

Customisable templates for headers and continuation letterheads

Why print your own headed paper?

A clear header, printed on a quality paper, is an efficient tool to easily recognise your company. Besides, it is a guarantee of professionalism, seriousness and reliability.

A headed paper can be used for invoices, purchase orders, pay slips, and any official company mail. It is also possible to print customised envelopes matching your header paper, to further underline the qualitative image of your letters.

What information appears on a header or a continuation letterhead?

For business use, any or all the following elements generally appear on headed paper:

  • Company name

  • Logo

  • Postal address

  • E-mail address

  • Website

  • Main contact numbers

  • Banking details, including IBAN number

  • VAT number

White or recycled/ What type or paper to choose for a headed paper?

For headers and continuation letters, we use an Offset white paper, with a four-colour printing process (recto only). This type of paper is very resistant, compatible with any printer, and can be used for heavy volume printing. Therefore, this type of printing offers an optimal and clear visual rendition.
For private customers or businesses who care about their environmental footprint, Nevoprint also offers customisable headers and continuation letterheads in 100% recycled paper.

The CO2 emissions from the production cycle of a recycled paper are significantly inferior to those of a conventional paper. Yet, the printing quality is not reduced; it is exactly similar to printing with a conventional paper. We make them in Switzerland, from recycled and eco-certified material.

Perforated headed paper for QR-invoices

QR-invoices contain all the necessary information for the payment.

Used in Switzerland since 2020, and now mandatory, this type of invoice must contain:

  • A QR-code with a Swiss cross in the middle,
  • A payment receipt,
  • All the date stored in the QR-code

Important: The former red and orange payment slips are not allowed in Switzerland anymore, since 30 September 2022.

To facilitate the invoice payment by your clients, Nevoprint offers a pre-cut A4 headed paper for QR-invoice.

The paper weight for our perforated paper is heavier (90 grams/m²) to guarantee its resistance and to comply with the requirements of the Swiss Postal services.
